Update on West Swindon Library
The monthly Housing drop-in at West Swindon Library has been cancelled due to the library temporarily closing for essential repair and upgrade works. All other Housing drop-in sessions and community cafés are currently running as usual.
Get involved
We currently have four main tenant groups you can get involved in:
Feedback and Experience Group: This group looks at resident feedback, including complaints and surveys, and recommends ways in which we could do things better.
Policy Review Panel: This group meets online to review housing policies, documents and communications to make sure they are clear, accessible and reflect the needs and experiences of residents.
Asset Management Group: This group of tenants and leaseholders meets monthly to look at how we plan, invest in and maintain our homes over the long term.
Resident Scrutiny Group: This group provides constructive challenge to Housing on how services are delivered, with tenants sharing honest feedback to help improve services and raise standards across your Housing services.
