	- My child receives free school meals, but my holiday activities and food programme (HAF) funding application wasn’t successful
	
		- All children in reception, year 1 and year 2 receive universal free school meals based on their age
 
		- The HAF programme is only available to children who qualify for benefits-related free school meals
 
		- If your child is in reception, year 1, or year 2 and you believe they may be eligible for HAF funding, you need to apply for benefits-related free school meals
 
	
	 
	- When does the HAF programme run?
	
		- The HAF programme operates during the spring, summer and winter term holidays only
 
	
	 
	- My child has SEN/SEND. Can they attend any holiday club?
	
		- Yes, children with SEN/SEND are welcome
 
		- Provide the holiday club(s) with any relevant information about your child’s needs to ensure they can accommodate and support them appropriately
 
	
	 
	- Can my child attend different holiday clubs in the same week or holiday period?
	
		- Yes, your child can attend different holiday clubs in the same week or holiday period
 
		- The total hours booked cannot exceed your entitlement
 
		- Unused hours or days cannot be carried over to the next holiday period
 
	
	 
	- Can I book in advance for the next holiday dates?
	
		- No, eligibility can only be confirmed for one holiday period at a time
 
	
	 
	- How do I receive my voucher?
	
		- Vouchers will be sent to eligible families approximately one month before the start of each HAF delivery period
 
		- The email will be sent by Holiday Activities and will include:
		
			- a link to redeem your voucher
