Essential maintenance - Sunday, 7 September 2025

You will be unable to access the customer portal for Business Rates transactions between 8.00am and 6.00pm on the above date due to essential maintenance and security upgrades.

This may affect making applications and accessing information online. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can now view your Business Rates account online by creating an account. Once registered, you can:

view up-to-date account information
check your account balance
review payments and bills
update your contact details

Please note: This is separate from the website’s 'My Account' system. Register for a Business Rates account separately.
