Staying safe in hot weather
Extreme hot temperatures can cause heat exhaustion and heatstroke.
Heat exhaustion does not usually need emergency medical help if you can cool down within 30 minutes. However, if it turns into heatstroke, it should be treated as an emergency and you should seek medical support immediately.
