Service summary: The Pathways Foundation is a Community Interest Company created to widen access to education, mentoring and wellbeing support for young people across Swindon and surrounding areas.

We work with young people who may be at risk of disengagement, exclusion, poor wellbeing, or becoming NEET, creating structured pathways that build confidence, resilience and sustainable futures. Our programmes are designed to reduce barriers, promote inclusion and improve life chances through mentoring, re-engagement and innovation.

We work in Gorse Hill, Old Town, Town Centre, Stanton Country Park, Moredon, Penhill, and also offer community-based delivery across Swindon and surrounding areas.
