Service summary

Zen-Den offers small group working (4 at a time), offering yoga, meditation and breath-works skills as well as catering alternative provision to the needs, interests and personality types of young people referred to the service.

A limited number of 1-2-1 sessions are available for young people who would benefit from more personalised support.

Zen Den can support tween/teen girls through a range of referral routes, including:

  • EHCP
  • EOTAS
  • SEN Support (Schools based referrals)
  • Alternative Provision Placements
  • Early Help and Family support services
  • Social Care referrals (CIN/CP)
  • School and pastoral referrals
  • Mental health and early intervention pathways
  • Home educators and parents and carers
