Founded by Carers, to Empower People with Disabilities. The National Disability Card was launched in 2019. Founded by carers who understand the challenges of living with a disability, through years of experience caring for a family member with cystic fibrosis. We are a social enterprise for good based in Suffolk, UK. All our cards are printed in-house at our secure printing facility.
The National Disability Card allows you to quickly and easily visually identify people with disabilities. It allows you to show when you are eligible for concessions and discounts.
Also offered is a National Carers Card, allowing a carer to accompany a disabled person to an event, sometimes free of charge.
