Mosaics-of-Life Therapies offers a variety of psychotherapeutic services, all based on the psychoanalytical and systemic models. Key approaches such as bodily states are tightly embedded in practice. The focus is on the roots of a presentation, on making sense of emotional experiences as well as on bringing unconscious processes to our conscious awareness. This promotes more genuine, sustainable changes within ourselves.

They work with children and young people up to 25 years old, their families, parents and carers as well as external agencies. Their services to families include one-to-one psychotherapy, joint parent-child sessions (including peri-natal and parent-infant/toddler sessions), family systemic therapy, siblings’ sessions and parent support (as a couple or individually). All services take place in person, but online is considered in some circumstances.

Mosaics-of-Life Therapies also offer neurodevelopmental assessment for both adults and children. Individuals can self-refer by contacting the provider directly. Alternatively, where funding is available, the organisation providing the funding will refer directly.

Individuals can use the service for as long as is needed and sessions can be one-to-one or small group, depending on the level of intervention.
