Projects include Activity Based Support in the community in school holidays, Respite Care to support parents with children with disabilities, Crisis Care Management, providing short term care for young people experiencing distress.
They strive to provide flexible, personalised, and home-based support that empowers children with disabilities and their families. Key elements include:
- Tailored Support-Plans: each child has a personalised plan developed in collaboration with their family/OT/social-worker and school to ensure that interventions are tailored to the Child’s/YP’s individual developmental and emotional needs.
- Multidisciplinary Team Approach: their team includes SEND teachers/ OTs/Speech and Language therapists, and Behavioural specialists who work together to deliver a holistic approach to care.
- Family-Centric Support: Their programmes include family support services such as training, respite care, and emotional support, ensuring that the entire family benefits from our services.
- Flexible Service Delivery: services are available at times that suit the needs of the family, including evenings/weekends, ensuring that children and families can access support without disrupting other essential activities.
Inspire Together use the trauma-informed PACE approach as a way of communicating and behaving that aims to make children/YP they work with feel safe and help build trusting relationships.
