Wild Inspired Forest School and Bushcraft can be tailored to suit the needs of the children and young people attending the sessions. The provider encourages child-led learning and planning through self-initiated play.
Wild Inspired Forest School and Bushcraft aims to develop self-confidence, positive communication, independence, social interaction, concentration and creative thinking skills while also teaching individuals about the world and nature around them. Alongside supporting children and young people with their mental health and emotional well-being, it also helps to develop their gross and fine motor skills.
Some activities on offer to the children and young people include: nature trails, natural arts and crafts, woodland games, fire safety, cooking over a fire, team building activities and building dens, shelters and furniture.
