Targeted Provision offers trauma-informed tuition and mentoring for children and young people with SEND and other complex needs, including those with support needs in Tiers 1 to 3. Targeted Provision aims to focus on the holistic development of the child or young person and addresses both academic and SEMH needs.
Sessions are bespoke, with Targeted Provision offering one-to-one or small group sessions online or in person. All sessions are delivered by qualified teachers with a trauma-informed approach. There is also a specialist SEND team to ensure that learner’s individual needs are being met and catered for.
Children can attend the provision for up to 18 hours a week. The service provides tuition in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) and is also a registered exam centre so children and young people can complete their Functional Skills tests, GCSEs and A-Levels while attending this provision. Targeted Provision can provide support in all subjects.
