Oxford Human Capital Incorporated (OHCI) provide the following services:

• Alternative provision

OHCI support young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, AND hearing impairments to access Alternative Provision

• Short breaks – inclusion
• Short breaks – Specialist
• Short breaks – Overnight

OHCI has experience with provision of co-ordinated support to families with multiple and complex needs and young people. They work with Independent case reviewers, social workers, commissioners and families to accommodate needs of young people and their families. They have experience liaising between previously estranged family members in meeting the needs of children and young people in a community setting. OHCI are committed to delivering inclusive and non-discriminatory services. Their approach is rooted in providing unbiased support and adapting our services to facilitate access for all.

• Early Intervention

OHCI is registered with the Care Quality Commission to offer specialised and personalised support to individuals with learning disabilities and or autism. Their approach is rooted in collaboration, person-centred support, and ensuring access to tailored education and social opportunities.
