Warm and Safe Wiltshire and the Centre for Sustainable Energy will also be on hand to help people with ways to save energy as well as providing tips for getting their homes ready for the winter ahead.

Citizens Advice Swindon will have their Advice and Financial First Aiders there to advise people on ways they could reduce their outgoings or increase their income.

Other organisations like Thames Water, Kooth, the Feeding Swindon Partnership, Healthwatch and The Wonky Veg Club will also be in attendance.

Councillor Jim Grant, Swindon Borough Council’s Cabinet Member for Communities & Joint Working, said: “There will be so much advice on offer so I would encourage people in the local area to make their way to one of the roadshows. We’ve teamed up with a range of local organisations and charities, so you’ll be able to get some great advice, whatever your situation is.

“If you can’t make it to a roadshow, head to our dedicated cost of living web page at www.swindon.gov.uk/costofliving where you can find a list of support available to help you or someone you know with the cost of living.”
