Library opening times

These opening hours are available to all. Staff will be available on site to assist customers.

Wednesday 10.00am - 5.30pm
Thursday 10.00am - 5.30pm
Friday 10.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday 10.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday 11.00am - 3.00pm

Extended Access opening times – no staff on site

Available only to library members who have registered and attended an induction to use Extended Access.

Extended Access uses technology that allows you to access libraries outside normal staffed hours. If you would like to find out more about Extended Access, visit the Extended Access service webpage.

All Swindon Borough Council libraries are closed on bank holidays. 

Our Extended Access service is available from 10.00am to 6.00pm on Bank Holidays for borrowers who have been authorised to use the service. Any changes to these times will be published in advance.
