Report an unregistered food business
Do you know of a food business that has recently opened or is under new ownership? Have you tried to find the food hygiene rating of your local food business and are concerned that the business may not have registered?
All food businesses must legally register with the local authority. When they have registered they will be subject to a routine food hygiene inspection. Twenty eight days after this inspection, the businesses food hygiene rating will appear on the Food Standards Agency website.
Most food businesses in Swindon can be found on the Food Standards Agency website, unless they are exempt, new and/or have recently changed ownership.
