Multi agency safeguarding hub

The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is a team made up of officers from the Police and the Council who aim to protect vulnerable children and young people. They can be contacted via the Report suspected child abuse or exploitation webpage.

The service aims to provide a rapid and effective service in response to all new safeguarding concerns, where someone is concerned about the safety or wellbeing of a child or young person, or thinks they may be at risk of harm.

If you think that a child is in immediate danger, please contact the police emergency line by dialling 999.

If you want to find out about Services and Support for Children and Young People, please visit the My Care, My Support website.

Queries for children who already have a social worker will be forwarded to the most appropriate team.

Accessible and up to date safeguarding information for workers, volunteers, children, young people, parents and carers can be found by visiting the Swindon LSCB website
