Family contact point & multi agency safeguarding hub

The Family Contact Point (FCP) and Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is the single point of contact for anyone who is concerned about the welfare or well-being of a child or young person.

The service aims to provide a rapid and effective service in response to all new safeguarding concerns, where someone is concerned about the safety or wellbeing of a child or young person, or thinks they may be at risk of harm.

If you think that a child is in immediate danger, please contact the police emergency line by dialling 999
