Request a business rate refund

You can apply for a full refund or partial repayment of your business rates if:

• you have paid too much
• you have received a credit bill

To request your refund, you'll need your business rates account number from your bill and a bank statement for the account you want the refund paid into.

If you bank online, send a screenshot showing your name, bank account number and sort-code.
