We are reviewing and redesigning our home care services to make sure they continue to meet the needs of local people now and in the future.

Whether you currently receive home care, have received it in the past, support a family member or friend who receives care, or simply want to share your views, we would like to hear from you.

We want to know:

what matters most when receiving care and support at home
what works well
what could be improved

Your feedback will help us develop high-quality, person-centred home care services that support people’s independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
