View your claim summary
You can now view your benefit award information online.
If you have signed up for e-notifications you will also be able to view your Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support notification letters.
To register for e-notifications there is a link in your claim summary. This will enable you to view your notification letters in the future. You will receive an email notification when a new e-notification is ready for you to view in your claim summary.
Please note: This is not connected to our 'My Account' system and so you will need to create an account to receive e-notifications separately.
