Home visits

We also offer a home visit service for people in the following circumstances:

  • Have recently suffered bereavement.
  • Are disabled.
  • Have learning difficulties.
  • Have young children under five years of age.
  • Have a baby that is two months old or younger.
  • Are of pensionable age.
