- shops
- hotels
- restaurants
- leisure centres and swimming pools
- nurseries and playgroups
- pubs and clubs
- museums (privately owned)
- places of worship
- sheltered accommodation
- residential care homes
- warehouses & distribution centres
- tyre and exhaust fitting premises
- garden centres
If your report is regarding any of the following, you will not be able to submit a report using this form and you will need to contact the organisations directly.
- concerns relating to fire safety, please contact Dorset and Wiltshire fire service.
- concerns relating to the care of a patient or service user at a residential care home please contact the CQC.
- concerns relating to a premises that is outside Swindon, please contact the correct local authority. If you are unsure what local authority the premises falls under, please use the local authority checker on the GOV.UK website.
