• Ken White Week at Lydiard House Museum

  • Cost: Admission costs £6.70 for an adult and £3.65 for a child (under 3s go free). Family tickets are also available.

  Lydiard House Museum is celebrating the life and work of talented Swindon artist Ken White (1943 - 2025) with a special exhibition titled ‘Ken White: The Creative Legacy of a Swindon Artist’.

  

  Please note: due to the hot temperatures expected this week, we have altered the opening times of Lydiard House Museum for the comfort and safety of our visitors and staff. Our two artist-led activities, due to take place on Wednesday and Thursday, have also been rescheduled. Please read below for more details.

  Lydiard House Museum will be open from 10.00am – 4.00pm on:

  • Friday, 26 June
  • Saturday, 27 June
  • Sunday, 28 June
  • Wednesday, 1 July
  • Thursday, 2 July

  Visitors can take part in a range of artist-led workshops and activities inspired by Ken White’s artistic styles and creative practice as follows:

  • Saturday, 27 June: Diorama Workshop with Sue Bardwell
  • Wednesday, 1 July: Collaborative Collage with Billy Beaumont (FREE)
  • Thursday, 2 July: Linocut Workshop with Sophia Bullock
