Mother’s Day afternoon tea at Lydiard Park Hotel

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a specially crafted afternoon tea in the elegant Luxborough Suite, with live music from harpist Ruth Kenyon.

Your experience begins with a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, including egg mayonnaise with watercress, smoked salmon, Wiltshire ham with wholegrain mustard, and Somerset brie with cranberry and rocket.

You will then enjoy warm scones served with traditional clotted cream and fruity jam, followed by a range of sweet treats such as chocolate and cherry brownie, mini carrot cake, lemon drizzle and chocolate éclair. A full choice of teas and coffees is included, along with a glass of prosecco.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available. Please request these at the time of booking.

A child-friendly afternoon tea is available for children aged 12 and under. Please enquire for further details.
