The White Horse Care Trust Supported Living Service was established in August 2013. Providing support to people in their own homes in three locations across Swindon, we promote, enable and encourage maximum independence by delivering quality services that are personalised, flexible and value each person for who they are.
Supported by professional, fully trained, caring and trustworthy staff we work closely with each person, their family, the Local Authority and other bodies to promote a collaborative and holistic approach to support thereby enabling each person to achieve their goals and aspirations.
