Church View's accommodation comprises of 29 single rooms and seven companionship/double or premium single rooms, located over two floors. All have en suite facilities.

Residents also have access to a lounge and dining area on each floor and a ground floor conservatory, which leads out to an attractive enclosed garden, and patio area.

There is a passenger lift serving both floors.

Situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Stratton, it is easily accessible by public transport and in walking distance of a local shop, post office and park.

Residents enjoy weekly visits to local coffee mornings and various community events. In addition, a dedicated activities coordinator ensures residents are kept occupied with a calendar of events.
