Publication scheme and open data catalogue - Late payments
Under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Regulation 113), we are required to publish performance data on late contractual payments at the end of the financial year.
The data below contains all invoices for supplies and services, not just contract payments. It also demonstrates our performance on paying invoices within 30 days to suppliers/prime contractors over the previous 12 months.
The statistics include:
- the percentage of invoices from suppliers paid within 30 days
- the amount of interest paid to suppliers due to late payment
- the total amount of interest that the authority may have been liable to pay on all invoices, where not paid within 30 days. This is whether it is paid or not paid and whether under any statutory or other requirement.
