Publication scheme and open data catalogue - Social housing asset value

Annual publication of details about the value of social housing assets within our housing revenue account, including:

• the total number of homes
• the aggregate value and mean value of homes for both existing use value (social housing) and market value
• the percentage of homes that are vacant and that are tenanted.
