The type of data we hold will typically include:

- Identifying details including date of birth
- Your gender
- Documentation confirming automatic eligibility
- Relevant medical information pertinent to your application
- A photograph confirming your identity

We will use this data to assess your eligibility for a Blue Badge.
Where necessary, we will share your personal information with appropriate council departments to establish eligibility and the Great Western Hospital NHS Trust when dealing with appeals. Your personal information will also be uploaded to a Central Register operated by Northgate Services who are contracted by Central Government to produce Blue Badges.

Your personal information will be kept for 56 days after the expiry or cancellation of the Blue Badge.
