Clerking for a full governing board or committee meeting

If you find yourself without a clerk for a governing board meeting or panel hearing, contact Governor Support who may be able to supply a Clerk and prices will be available on enquiry.

Governing Board Self-Evaluation/Review

This extended facilitated review of governance would be particularly applicable for governing boards expecting an Ofsted Inspection and needing to be able to demonstrate evidence of their focus on strengthening governance.

The review is inclusive of a desktop audit of minutes and documents, facilitated whole governing body self-evaluation and informal interviews with the chair of governors, the Headteacher and clerk.  The review concludes with a report highlighting the strengths of the governing board and recommendations for development. The governing board may then draw on this report to form a governing board development plan. Please contact Governor Support for the cost of this service.
