Notice of intention to prepare a variation of the Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme
We are giving notice of our intention to prepare a variation to the Swindon Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme for buses published in August 2023.
This sets out a coordinated approach to improving local bus services through collaborative partnerships between local transport authorities (LTAs) and local bus operators. It aims to deliver the objectives of the bus service improvement plan (BSIP).
The reason for the variation is to incorporate requirements of the Bus Services Act 2025 and accompanying statutory guidance from the Department for Transport.
