Disruption to council services

This page is updated when disruptive events such as adverse weather conditions affect our ability to provide services.

During Storm Jorge we will be updating this page with information about our most affected services. For more information about the weather please visit the MET office web pages

Key

Green - service is being delivered as normal.

Amber - service is experiencing disruption and may not be delivered but we will try our best. Further information will be provided.

Red - service is no longer being delivered. Residents will be informed as soon as service delivery begins again.

Power/ electricity services: If your power goes out, call 105 for a free report and information about power cuts in your area.

Fallen Trees: If you have seen a fallen tree, please contact our tree gang on 01793 445500.

Flooding: For any issues regarding flooding, please call 01793 445500.
