What employers say about Jobfest
Catalent loves being part of Jobfest every year because it allows us not only to develop our talent and apprentice pipeline but also enables us to connect with people in our local community.
Capita has been lucky enough to have been involved from the start of Jobfest and we've seen how big the event has grown over the years. We use the opportunity to both speak to young people about careers in technology while advertising any apprenticeships we have open at the time. Three of our last five apprenticeships have been filled from candidates we met at Jobfest!
Wiltshire College & University Centre are proud to be associated part of Jobfest 2020. The College is passionate about developing future talent for local employer needs and the ability to bring both the employers and potential employees together through this event can only benefit and support the future talent in Swindon and Wiltshire further.
As a large local employer we are keen to support the Jobfest at Steam – over a quarter of our current apprentices are based here in Swindon, so it’s great to meet a large number of our future apprentices
Jobfest is an event which I have been involved with for many year and is an amazing opportunity for business to showcase career paths and young people to find work and improve their aspirations and awareness.
Beard Construction enjoy being part of JobFest because it enables us to talk to young people face to face about the scope and range of opportunities available in the construction industry.
