Report a problem with a bus stop or shelter

We maintain and repair all bus stops in the borough.

You are able to report the following online if they are damaged or faulty:

  • bus pole 
  • bus shelter 
  • bus shelter lights
  • bus stop electronic display 
  • electrical box 

We will also require the following information:

  • The name and location of the bus stop
  • The number and location of the bus shelter
  • Details of the type of damage or issue

Report a problem with a bus stop or shelter

Response time

If the damaged item is a risk to public safety, we will inspect the site within 24 hours to make it safe. We will then contact the relevant Parish Council or service provider to carry out the repairs.

Damage of a less severe nature will be inspected within ten working days and any necessary repairs will be arranged.
