Penalty Points Policy 2024 consultation

We have undertaken a thorough review of our Penalty Point Policy.

We have consolidated a number of policy decisions in order to improve regulation, expand on our current processes and bring the enforcement of Private Hire and Hackney Carriage in line with best practice and national standards.

We are now seeking the views of the trade and members of the public in relation to the proposed policy changes.

The consultation will run until Sunday, 20 October 2024.
