Making a Claim for Leasehold Properties

If you have purchased your property from the Council under a lease agreement, the lease states the Council will affect adequate building insurance for your property.

If you wish to make a claim under the policy, please complete and return the claim form (please see below).

Please return the claim form plus two estimates for the necessary repairs or a copy of the paid invoice if repairs have already taken place. No claim can be finalised without the estimates and/or invoices being provided.
