Direct Payments

What are Direct Payments?

Direct Payments are cash payments made directly to you instead of (or in addition to) Social Services arranging and providing your care for you.

In order to receive a Direct Payment you have to have been assessed for, and be eligible to receive services from either Adult Care Services or Children’s Services.
