All developers of both residential and commercial properties must forward a location plan and a site plan which shows all the plots concerned marked with plot numbers. For all developments of more than five residential propeties or for any development of commercial units the site plan must include a paper copy and a copy on CD in CAD format. Once the site has been named and numbered the properties will be registered with Royal Mail and the address data will be circulated to all interested parties including emergency services and statutory undertakers.
