Description of Service

Maintenance and repair of damaged, out-of-action or vandalised lifts within car parks.

Service Levels

If a lift has been damaged in a way that makes it potentially dangerous, it is sometimes necessary to have it temporarily de-commissioned and taken out-of-service while replacement parts are ordered and supplied. We use specialist, external suppliers for the maintenance and repair of all lifts; as such we are unable to be specific about the timescales involved. We do, however, closely monitor all outstanding maintenance and repair work to ensure it is expedited as quickly as possible.
