How to Apply

Applying for Residents Parking

To apply for a Residents' Parking Permit, you will need to send or bring us a completed application form together with proof of residency, proof of vehicle ownership and the appropriate fee.

You can print off our form (see below) or, if you don't have the facilities to print, you can request us to send you a paper form.

Proof of Residency and Vehicle Ownership

You must include the following documents with your application:

If You are Not the Owner of the Vehicle

If you are not the owner of the vehicle but the sole user, we need to see the insurance documents and a letter from the owner stating that you are the sole user of the vehicle.

Photocopies of Documents

Photocopies of all documents are acceptable, but you must ensure that they are legible.

Warning

It is an offence not to inform DVLA of a change in the keeper of a vehicle or change of the registered keeper's address.
