Gymnastic course are available for all juniors, from the age of 1 right up until the age of 14.
MiniGym is for pre-school children, with the emphasis on building co-ordination, strength and confidence. The junior gymnastic courses are a great way to meet new friends and over time improve fitness, flexibility and stamina in a safe and controlled environment.
