Although many classes ran in our recreation centres are pay as you go, some classes are booked and payed for as courses, listed below are these types.

FitBase is a junior orientated fitness course, with the emphasis on creative and imaginative play. (5 - 12 years)

Body Control Pilates aims to improve your postural strength and alignment, benefits include better sports and everyday performance, a tighter, trimmer waist and relief from back or postural pain. (Adult 16+)

Yoga aims to promote flexibility, release tension and increase stamina. This course is low impact, but can be demanding.
(Adults 16+)
