Hello and welcome to the ‘Explorers’!

If you are familiar with this web club and page then you can go straight to the menu where we have added a number of new challenges for you. If you haven’t visited this page before you may like to read the brief introduction to find out more about us!

The web club has been set up by the Swindon Ranger Team with the aim of encouraging young people to become more aware of the natural environment in and around Swindon’s wonderful open spaces.

If you would like to join the Explorers we now have a passport booklet which you can down load. This keeps a record of the activities you have worked on.

Passports

Both versions of the passport are available as downloadable pdf files:

Nature for All Passport (up to 11 years of age

Nature for All Passport (for 12- to 16-year-olds)

Age Group Group Name Link to page
Up to 7 years of age

Ladybirds

7- to 11-year-olds

Spiders

Butterflies

Don't forget to get your passport signed off by a Ranger or responsible adult once you have completed the event or activity.

Ranger Service

Another way to sign off your passport is to go to one of the Ranger Events that are held throughout the year.

These events cover many subjects including natural history, seasonal topics and archaeology.

Please click onto the following link, which will take you to the Ranger events pages.
