The Health Suite contains a purpose built sauna, steam room and relaxation area.
There are changing rooms with showers, toilets and lockers for your use.
The Health Suite is open for casual use with mixed sessions and is for adults only (16+ years) at all times.

As far back as Roman times the benefits of wet and dry heat were well known, and for centuries Scandinavian people have enjoyed the benefits of sauna and steam rooms to cleanse pores, ease aching muscles and joints and relax tired minds. Now the Link Centre users can try the effects for themselves.

This facility is also available for group hire on a Saturday evening between 6.30pm and 9.30pm.
Customers can use the Health Suite for £2.10 if they have participated in another activity. The offer price is only valid for one hour after the initial activity. Other activities include gym, fitness classes, swimming (before and after), ice skating, badminton, squash, snooker, table tennis, climbing and masters recreation. (Link Centre activities only).
