Accessing Your User Record

Accessing Your User Record

You can renew or reserve items, or check your loans and personal details, through the MyLibrary area of the library catalogue.

Access Your User Record

To access your user details click the "MyLibrary" button on the left hand panel of the Library Catalogue page.

You need your library card barcode and your pincode (password) to log on. You can apply online for your pincode if you have supplied us with your email address - go to "MyLibrary" as described above, then click "Forgot pincode". Your pincode will be emailed to you.

Once you have a pincode you can use it to log in and change it to a personal password of your own choosing, and we recommend that you do this. Use any combination of at least four, and no more than eight, letters (in capitals) and numbers.

Please check that your details are correct and inform library staff of any changes.
