Enjoy a few unhurried moments reflecting on some inspiring words and music especially chosen to uplift the heart and refresh the spirit.

The Tranquility Zone started as a Community service project in 1998 at the Health Hydro.

Tranquility Zones provide a relaxing environment created with flowers, candles and soft furnishings, a programme of words and music, and, above all, a special atmosphere where people can reflect and relax. The Tranquility Zone is described as "an oasis of calm and well-being for the body, mind and soul" and is a place where guests can enjoy a few tranquil moments in a specially prepared session.

Times

Sessions are held throughout the year on selected dates:

• Wednesdays at 1.00pm
• Thursdays at 7.30pm

Programmes last for 40 minutes and tea & coffee will be served.
