..Dorcan is a sports centre which provides a variety of sports and activities for all of the community. From swimming, fitness classes, activities in the sports hall and squash to outdoor football, netball (inc. netball dome), basketball and tennis - you are sure to find something to suit you! Why not try one of our birthday party packages or entertain the kids in the school holidays? We also have rooms to hire.

How to Find Us

Dorcan Recreation Complex is situated to the east of Swindon.

By Car

Follow the sign posts from Swindon centre to Covingham, along Dorcan Way. Turn left into Kingfisher Drive and then right into St Paul's Drive. Dorcan Recreation Complex is situated in the Dorcan Technology College (school) grounds.

By Bus

From Swindon Bus Station, service 2 stops outside Dorcan Recreation Complex.

By Rail

From Swindon Railway Station it is a short distance to the bus station (see above).

Centre Opening Times

Please note - these are the general centre opening times.

Everybody 60 and over will be entitled to swim for free at published public swimming sessions at any of our pools. The scheme is part of a national campaign to promote swimming, general fitness, more active lifestyles and well-being.
