Fitness Classes - Croft Sports Centre

The Croft Centre provides a number of Fitness Classes that cater for your needs, all classes are led by a fully qualified instructor.

Class Intensity Key

Level

Description

 
1

A low-impact class suitable for beginners

and those returning to exercise.

2

A high-impact class aimed at an intermediate level.

May include some flexibility and toning exercise for an all-round work out.

3

A challenging high-intensity workout.

Combining high and low impact exercise or intense resistance execises.

Suitable for the more experienced participants aged 16 years and over.

A An easy class to follow, offeringlow levels of complexity, ideal for beginners
B A class offering moderate to high levels of complexity to challenge the mind as well as the body.
C A class requiring higher levels of co-ordination.

Aerobics / Body Conditioning / Circuits

We reserve the right to change time or scheduling of classes.

Online Booking

You can now book sporting activities by using our e-bookings procedure. Simply follow the on-screen instructions and look out for the help button, which appears at every stage of the booking.

Please remember that you must have a current SwindonCard to book online. If you do not have a SwindonCard, you can book your activity online, however you will be charged the full Non SwindonCard rate and will need to pay at the time of booking by credit/debit card. Money-saving Offers

If you use one of our gyms, swim in one of our five pools or use one or more of our 80 fitness classes more than once a week, our X-Training Passport will save you money.
