Gym - County Ground Lifestyle Centre
The County Ground is a multi-purpose gym with a large free-weight collection.
Facilities
- Cardio-vascular machines
- Resistance machines
- Free weights area (weights range from 1/2kg to 50kg)
- Fixed weight bars (weights range from 5kg to 25kg)
Whatever your goals or current fitness levels, this fitness suite has been designed to meet your requirements.
Expert advice is available from our professionally qualified instructors to ensure that you exercise safely and effectively at all times
Once you have completed one of our inductions, our instructors will be happy to write a personalised programme to enable you to meet your objectives.

Getting Started
Prior to your first visit to the gym you will need to complete an induction session. In a group of four people (maximum) you will be shown how to use the cardio-vascular and resistance equipment safely by one of our qualified instructors.
Inductions are bookable in advance.
You will also need a SwindonCard, which enables you to book facilities in advance and gain authorisation to use the gym.
