Fitness Classes - County Ground Lifestyle Centre

We offer fitness programmes designed to provide all of our customers with a varied and exciting choice of classes. We ensure that a high standard of professional practice is delivered by a dedicated team of qualified instructors.

Multi-level teaching is applied to our classes to ensure that beginners through to advanced participants can attend any class and work at a level most suited to their present level of fitness.

A high-impact class aimed at an intermediate level.

May include some flexibility and toning exercise for an all-round work out.

Chair Exercises is a gentle chair based session for those with low mobility.

Line Dancing is fun, sociable and suitable for beginners.

Stretch and Flex is a gentle stretch class designed to help maintain and improve flexibility.

Body Conditioning is a gentle full body workout for general toning.

Tai Chi can aid relaxation and improve both posture and balance.

Outreach Nordic Walking

The new, gentle, total body way to exercise. Whole body use with no abuse - fitness walking with poles. As you propel yourself forward, you get some upward lifting on every single step and can feel your muscles working. Led by an instructor.
